Summary
Pathe synopsis: Another place where ingenuity is well to the fore is the Furniture Exhibition at Earls Court, London, where the formula is that sound design plus attractiveness must add up to comfort. A telephone and seat in one; a stool, for ironing in comfort, with a miniature step-ladder built into the back; or a portable cocktail cabinet. These are but a few of the simple, yet ingenious, exhibits.
