Summary
Pathe synopsis: The Cornish coast is the hunting ground of the "Chichester Lass" a research vessel designed to increase pilchard catches by modern scientific methods - in this case a combination of echo-sounder for location and a mid-water trawl for catching. The 20% increase in catches turns a small profit into a very healthy one.
