Summary
Pathe synopsis: A new, and striking, form of art is practised by Sean Rice of Findon, Sussex, who creates remarkable figures out of a special cement mixture. One work, entitled "Juggernaut", is 7 ft high by 10 ft long and weighs 21 tons.
