Summary
Pathe synopsis: With ten pounds in his pocket, ex-Royal Navy man Bill Fuller decided to open a florists. The money was just sufficient to buy a pensioned-off London taxi. With a load of Covent Garden flowers in the back Bill went looking for customers in Chrlsea. That was a year ago; today, he has cusstomers in plenty.
