- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: It would take more than Harold’s strength to carve out this Cornish coastal beauty that the sea has lashed from the resistant rocks we see as we fly to the Scilly Isles, the land of perpetual spring. We visit Tresco, the northern paradise where motor-cars are unknown, graced with its costly collection ships’ figureheads salvaged, in the old days, from nearby wrecks. Then the breath-taking daffodil fields where, even in winter, golden springtime is for export.
