- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: A police whistle echoes across Beachy Head - but there’s no fleeing criminal. It’s the signal for Eastbourne police rescue team to go into action. A man lies injured on the rocks, and within minutes the police rescuer is making a perilous descent of this 570-ft wall of chalk. It’s a job which needs a steel nerve - and catching criminals seems tame by comparison.
