Summary
Pathe synopsis: The motor industry has its own research team at Nuneaton where they practically wreck every motor car ever designed just to make sure it’s always giving its best. Monsoons, dust storms, Arctic conditions are everyday weather tests at MIRA. They also study the aerodynamics of the motor car, put them in noise boxes to listen to the sounds they make and drive them ruthlessly over bumpy roads no driver would ever dare to ride. The fitting climax is the 150 mph concourse of cars in a top gear test of speed.
