MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Churchill to Moscow Via Egypt Churchill in Cairo. DESCRIPTION: During his stay in Egypt the Prime Minister inspected men of the Eighth Army. Important meetings were held in Cairo, but Mr Churchill found time to pose for the camera with 10 month old Victor Lampson, son of the British Ambassador. SHOTLIST: CU Liberator with Churchill descending. Churchill is dressed in uniform of Air Commodore. CU Churchill climbing out of plane through bottom of fuselage. CU of Lib. showing ‘Commando’ on side. Desert then flies to battle front in a Lockheed Hudson, where Tedder & Coningham are waiting for him. Shot of Tedder & Coningham with Boston in the fore, Lockheed taxies across aerodrome. Churchill is civvies shakes hand with Tedder & Coningham. Premier is carrying a large fly whisk.
