Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "Thousands of students lay wreaths and flags in remembrance of the old French city, now belonging to Germany." Students march in procession to the monument and lay wreaths. One of them makes a speech. Several students toss their caps into the air. Standard bearer sets up the tricolour on top of the monument.
