Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "M Poincaré offers his congratulations to M Paul Déschanel after visiting the crippled at the Trocadero, Paris." Poincaré, Déschanel and their party come out of entrance to the building. Poincaré takes his leave and departs in carriage, followed by Déschanel in his carriage. Four French officers walk down the steps.
