Summary

Group of young men laughing and holding papers outside the Army Recruiting Office in Whitehall. Men coming and going from the office. Men wearing armlets when they come out. They salute officers. Man shakes hands with a soldier and lights his cigarette. Others shake soldiers by the hand.
