Received by Sir Patrick Dollan. Bevin crossing road from dormitory wing of Merchant Navy House to view day-rooms viz. lounges, libraries, lecture halls, & bars etc. Pan round interior of house, shows wards & as above etc. Bevin with Lord Provost of Glasgow shakes hands with several legless soldiers. Group walking past camera, being Bevin, Sir Patrick Dollan, Admiral Troup, Noel Baker. The legless men are not soldiers, but Merchant Navy men. In hall.
