MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Roosevelt Visits George Cross Island. DESCRIPTION: Whilst over for the Tehran Conference America’s President took the opportunity to visit Malta. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Jeep drives onto airport, with Roosevelt & Gort in same. Various angle shots of parade which consisted of Army, Navy & Air Force personnel, also seen in the parade was Eisenhower. Roosevelt addresses parade from Jeep (silent). GS of Gort standing to attention. GS of Roosevelt in Jeep, & Lord Gort accepting Scroll presented to the people of Malta.
