MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Our Night Bomber Force Was Out RAF Night Attacks. DESCRIPTION: Bomber Command of the Royal Air Force made follow up attacks by night. On the night of the Sixth of May they hit an ammunition dump and stores at Sables-Sur-Sarthe and debris and ammunition hurtling sky-high was caught on camera. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Night bombing of Sables-sur-sarthe. Crew walk to Lancaster, & board. Several shots of Lancasters taking off out of camera. Night (aerial) shots of bombing, explosions terrific, the target was an ammunition dump. This material is excellent, please take special care of same. Debris can be seen flying in all directions, as dump after dump goes up.
