MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Scott Paine’s Racer Burst Into Flames. DESCRIPTION: Miss Britain III sets out new mark in Poole harbour but demonstration run is cut short by fire. SHOTLIST: Shot of "Miss England III" being lowered onto the water and passing other shipping in the harbour. Shots of the speedboat at speed on the water and passing other craft. Speeding towards and coming past camera. Speeding past camera. Shots of the boat on fire. Other craft help to extinguish the fire. Crowds cheer on harbour. With Scott Paine on the bows the speedboat comes in to harbour.
