MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ice Gala - Wembley. DESCRIPTION: The Empire Pool, Wembley recently staged an Ice Carnival which included many stars of the rink. An Ice Hockey match between Wembley Lions and Canadian Military Headquarters was part of the gala re-opening programme. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Elevated shot of ice rink. Various shots of girls skating "Out of the Rainbow" act. Various shots of Daphne Walker figure skating. Potts and Lidstone do "3 o’clock in the morning" act, followed by Harry Reddy jumping empty barrels, also falls over on one occasion. Elevated shot of ice hockey between Wembley Lions and Canadian Army team. Cecilia Colledge demonstrates her capabilities, receives bouquet.
