Interior shots - guests seated at tables. Mr Churchill between the Lord and Lady Mayoress. Group shot of Mrs Churchill, Sarah and Mary Churchill. Mr Churchill - SCU & MS making speech, makes remarks about Mr Dalton, hoping he will be allowed to preserve the casket etc. that has been presented to him. Also refers to the spirit of the people, how he expressed same and if he had suggested surrendering, would have got thrown out.
