MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tojo’s Head (Bald) Slapped in Court. DESCRIPTION: In Tokyo the War Crimes Trial has begun. SHOTLIST: GV Court about to sit. Court entering and taking their seats. LS prisoners which include General Tojo and Dr Shuemi Okawa. CU Tojo. MS Tojo with Okawa seated behind him. Okawa leans forward and slaps Tojo’s bald head. Tojo grins. Okawa taken out of court by American escort. Court re-sit. Okawa is seen to be praying, crying etc.
