- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Duke of Northumberland Marries Lady Elizabeth Scott. DESCRIPTION: Members of the Royal Family were among the guests at the wedding of the Duke of Northumberland and Lady Elizabeth Montagu-Douglas-Scott. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS GV Westminster Abbey’s towers and tilt down to entrance. Various shots of huge crowds outside Abbey. Arrival of page boys and train carriers. Queen Mary’s car arrives, Queen Mary alights and enters Abbey. Arrival of Lady Elizabeth Montagu Douglas Scott with her father, the Duke of Buccleuch. Shots of her walking into Abbey and inside entrance of Abbey. Crowds outside during service, crowds break police cordon to get nearer Abbey. Preceding the arrival of Lady Elizabeth the King, Queen, Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret arrived. Bride and groom pose for cameramen seen in fore. Walk to car and drive off. King, Queen and two Princesses leave, followed by Queen Mary, then Duchess of Kent.
