MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Dublin Horse Show. DESCRIPTION: The climax of the Dublin Horse Show was the Grand International Military Jumping Competition for the Aga Khan Challenge Trophy. The Irish Team were the winners over France and Sweden. SHOTLIST: KS GV clock tower at arena. Crowds entering stadium. Various shots of women jumping, women riding on a sulky. President O’Kelly accompanied by Mrs O’Kelly arrive in open carriage escorted by Blue Hussars, ride round stadium. French, Swedish and Irish teams parade round stadium on horseback. Various shots of the above teams competing in the Grand International Military Jumping Competition for the Aga Khan Challenge Trophy, jumping banks, walls, water jump etc., very good jumping. Cup being presented to Major W Lewis (Ireland) the winners.
