MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Europa Breaks Loose in Gale. DESCRIPTION: The liner broke lose in the harbour at Le Havre and hit the half submerged hulk of the liner Paris. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS GV SS Europa. Library - Various shots of her in dock, several angle shots of her pre-war and during her prime, shots of other under way crossing Atlantic. Shots of her in harbour (end of Library material). Aerial shots of Europa lying on bottom of harbour in background can be seen the wrecked liner SS Paris lying on her side. The Europa is on an even keel.
