MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Lockwood and Mason Again - Daily Mail Film Awards. DESCRIPTION: LOCKWOOD AND MASON AGAIN - For the second year both Margaret Lockwood and James Mason win the Daily Mail Film Awards. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS SCU of three Oscars on table. MS Lord and Lady Rothermere waiting to receive guests. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy enter, Hardy starts picking floral decorations and hands them to Laurel. SCU Lord Rothermere addressing guests, Lady Rothermere presents award to Margaret Lockwood. CU Lockwood saying a few words, thanking etc. Applause by guests. Lord Rothermere introduces James Mason who is speaking (not present) from a recorded disc. CU gramophone speaker. J Arthur Rank and Lord Rothermere.
