MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: City Square Becomes Race Track. DESCRIPTION: The town of Siena is en fete for the annual Horse Race. SHOTLIST: KS GV Italians parade round square waving flags. Several shots of Italians in national dress flag waving etc. GV square of medieval period. Horses with jockeys mounted come into square. Various shots of them racing round crowded square, elevated GVs and into camera shots. Couple of jockeys fall off their horses. This is called the Palio di Siena.
