MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Lt Mountbatten Back at Work. DESCRIPTION: Princess Elizabeth’s fiancee returns to his duties as an instructor at the Royal Naval Petty Officers Training School. SHOTLIST: KS GV officer cadets run on parade. Lt Mountbatten waits to inspect. Sub Officer approaches him, salutes. CU Lt Mountbatten returning salute. Lt Mountbatten walks through ranks of officer cadets inspecting same. Lt Mountbatten walks to his officer salutes, his officer returns salute, Lt Mountbatten then salutes again, turns sharp right and marches off. CU Lt Mountbatten giving orders to cadet officers. Interior - in wardroom, Lt Philip stands around with other officers eating sandwiches.
