MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Barking Blaze. DESCRIPTION: The fire at a four-acre rubber dump caused a great many problems for the National Fire Service. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS MS firemen fighting fire. Various shots of firemen running out hoses, playing water on flames, smoke rising from rubber. Shots of rubber burning, smouldering. Various shots of rivers of molten rubber and resin in streets and yard of factory, firemen walk through same, like a thin mud. GVs of firemen fighting the fire. Some very good shots of fire fighting in this. Stacks of timber which are threatened by fire, barrel of turpentine or some inflammable liquid.
