- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Basic Petrol Petition. DESCRIPTION: A National Petition on the Basic Petrol ration has been delivered to the House of Commons by AA and RAC vans. SHOTLIST: KS MS person signing petition. Repeat. RAC & AA uniformed men carry parcels of signatures towards small vans, loaded onto vans. CU rear door of van being closed. The above is in Leicester Square. AA & RAC vans drive along approach to House of Commons. Pull up outside Commons. RAC & AA men unload signatures. SCU Mr Alfred Edwards (Labour MP) with parcel of signatures, receiving same. Uniformed men carry parcels into Commons out of camera.
