- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Monty in Berlin and British / Russian Air Crash. DESCRIPTION: Field Marshal Lord Montgomery visits Berlin, the trip having been arranged before the present situation developed. In the Russian zone lies the wreckage of the British Viking aircraft which crashed with a Russian fighter. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Monty’s plane taxies across Gatow Airport - raining. MS Monty alights. GV Monty alighting. MS Monty with small group around him. GV party standing around Monty. MS Monty saluting before turning and entering car. MS car driving off.
