MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The House Carried on Here. DESCRIPTION: Winston Churchill unveils a plaque at Church House, to commemorate its use during the wartime as a meeting place for the House of Commons. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Exterior Church House. Mr Churchill in top hat arrives, alights from car. Interior - GV Dr Fisher speaking (silent). Seated each side of him are Churchill and Attlee. CU unveiling of stone. MS & CU Churchill addressing, about the great help Church House was during the war. MS the above three seated, standing up and walking off platform. GV Churchill (almost unseen) reading inscription from tablet, applause at end of reading. The tablet was covered by flags before unveiling. Cut-in of tablet during speeches.
