MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rugger - England Beat France. DESCRIPTION: At Twickenham, a large crowd saw England beat France by eight points to three. This was certainly a surprise for the crowd, and a shock for the visitors. SHOTLIST: KS Elevated GV teams parade on field. GV crowds. Elevated GV play. Scrum. LS try going over - scorer Louis Cannell. Into camera - converting try by Barry Holmes. Line out - throw in. General play & England (Preece) scores a dropped goal. Pan to crowds cheering. General & Alvarez scores a drop goal for France.
