MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Prospect of Whisky. DESCRIPTION: We look at the various processes which barley etc., has to pass before it becomes the real thing. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS GV Scottish village. GV distillery. Trucking shot stream running through Scottish countryside. Interior - barley being tossed. CU handful of barley, also under a magnifying glass. Man feeding furnace with peat, several shots. MS Mash Tun shows processing, rotating arms revolving inside large tank. MS exterior - kiln. CU liquid fermenting. Excise man inspecting whisky stills. Spirit runs from stills to spirit safe. Shots of vats & casks being sounded. Bottles being filled with whisky, bottles being labelled. SCU bottle of whisky & some being poured into a glass to finish.
