Summary
At Ottawa, forty countries meet to discuss the food problem. Average rations, during wartime, of Australians and English are compared - England’s ration being far less. Food for England, meat, dairy products, etc is packed and sent from Australian ports. In Britain a clock and watch factory speeds up production for export only. At the docks, cases bound for all parts of the world, are loaded.
