Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Great French Forest Fire. DESCRIPTION: In the Bordeaux area large fires have been raging, damaging hundreds of square miles and killing many people who have been trapped in the fast moving flames. SHOTLIST: Various shots of raging forest fire, all angles. Firemen checking the spread of flames etc. Frenchwomen in tears looking at what was once their homes. Thick smoke rises obscuring the sun, turning day into night.
