- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: World Trade Unions Get Together. DESCRIPTION: At London’s County Hall, two hundred and fifty delegates from forty countries have met to form a non-communist Trade Union. The four British delegates were Sir William Lawther, Mr Lincoln Evans, Mr Tom O’Brien and Mr Arthur Deakin. SHOTLIST: KS. County Hall seen across river. Delegates arrive at County Hall.
