- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ideal Home Exhibition. DESCRIPTION: The 1950 Ideal Home Exhibition, organised by the Daily Mail, has been opened at Olympia. The exhibition is reported to be better than ever, and as a compliment to Britain’s French visitors, space has been allotted for a most attractive display from across the Channel. SHOTLIST: KS. GV exterior of exhibition. Tilt down of exterior & GV of same. Parents look through glass at their children playing in play pen - several shots. Several shots of children playing with sand, swings etc. MS French house, & interior showing layout of house, including dining room. English dining room in contrast. Aquarium over mantel piece & pan to cocktail chest & taking cocktails. Exterior shot - GV of houses.
