- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Engagements. DESCRIPTION: Over a hundred members of the RAAF from No 604 Squadron were recently inspected by Their Majesties when they received the Esher Trophy from the King for general operational efficiency. At Leatherhead the Queen opened a new hostel for disabled women. Recently Princess Margaret visited the East Grinstead Sunshine Home, a nursery school for blind children, where wonderful work is being done to train the children. SHOTLIST: At Buckingham Palace, King inspect 604 Squadron of RAAF. King addresses officers & men before presenting trophy. Esher Trophy presented to squadron. CU trophy. Cheering. Queen At Leatherhead - Springbok House, young Elizabeth Moore presents bouquet to Queen, Queen addresses ceremony. Opened building. Queen inspects building & talks to trainees (for industrial training). At East Grinstead, Sunshine Home - Princess Margaret visits blind childrens home. Princess talks (silent) with them & watches them at play. Small boy jumps into space. Roger Williams picks strawberry for Princess who accepts same.
