DESCRIPTION: A devastating fire recently destroyed a large area in Saigon; breaking out a night, it spread rapidly through a district composed chiefly of small, thatched houses. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV (night) town blazing. Various shots of huts burning at night. Silhouettes of firemen fighting flames. Day material - Inhabitants wander around, guarding their treasures.
