Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hats & Eggs for Easter. DESCRIPTION: An Easter bonnet is even more vital that a new hair-do. Hats, modelled by German girls, were all thought up by American women in Munich. But eggs take pride of place at Easter time and there are plenty at the State Poultry Farm at Erding in Germany. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. MS group of girls (German) wearing Easter hats. Various shots including close-ups of the girls individually displaying their hats, mostly with eggs of some kind on - this is Munich. MS of thousands of eggs slowing turning in large containers, all stamped. Various shots of eggs in incubators. Chicks hatching out, various shots, chicks just after hatching out, fighting hard to release themselves from the shells. Finish on shot of chick walking along still with the end part of shell on its rear.
