Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: National Sewing Contest. DESCRIPTION: Models display the outfits that won prizes in the National Sewing Competition. There were clothes for all ages and all occasions. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Mannequin walks onto stage. GV audience watching, stage in background. Various shots of mannequins (models) displaying tweed suits, beach wears, etc. Man in flannels & shirt. Children in various styles of dresses, including child in jodhpurs & riding a pony, Leslie Mitchell leads same on. Various mixes between the models displaying evening & day wear.
