MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Pearlies Freedom of Festival. DESCRIPTION: The Pearly Kings and Queens recently went to the South Bank. The occasion was the election of the Festival Pearly Royalties of London and the outing included a visit to Battersea Park. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Tilt down to pearlies walking through festival. Various shots of them passing Concert Hall, Skylon, etc., also the Dome. Mix to them on board launch going up river, Parliament in background. At Battersea Gardens, dancing with Orange girls Knees Up Mother Brown. Various shots of pearlies & orange girls dancing.
