Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Niagara Plunge. DESCRIPTION: Tens of thousands went to Niagara Falls to see Mr Red Hill and his barrel on inner tubes challenge the power of the cataract but the anticipated thrill turned to horror, when the rubber barrel was seen to be battered, broken - and empty. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV Niagara Falls. Various shots of inner tubes strung together with netting. CU Mr Red Hill inside tubes. Cast off - Tubes over falls. GV Niagara. Crowds on banks.
