Helicopter landing on campsite. Scouts surge forward. Lord Rowallan being chaired through the crowds of scouts. Scouts marchpast Chief Scout, cut-ins Lord Rowallan saluting - in close-up. GV of parade. Scouts past camera to finish. SCU fellow with a whip breaking paper held between mouths of two boys. Also knocking sixpence off boys tongue.
