Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Newcastle Return Home With the Cup. DESCRIPTION: From the station to the football ground, it was a conquerors’ triumph all the way. The team received another ovation on the football ground when, led by Joe Harvey, they displayed the famous trophy. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV station. Driving from the station, through crowded streets. Several shots of crowded streets, also ticker-tape falling from high building. At the football ground, Harvey with team parade round before cheering crowd. Harvey says a few words about the Cup. Including Jackie Milburn.
