Summary

DESCRIPTION: Ken Russell was the eventual winner of the 1,470-mile Tour-of-Britain Cycle-Race, a mishap to his cycle in the final stage nearly robbed him of his chance but a friendly Belgian exchanged him his cycle which enabled him to come second to Les Scales.
