- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Heritage of Cecil Rhodes. DESCRIPTION: Cecil Rhodes was born 100 years ago - the centenary celebrations will be marked by the Rhodes Centenary Exhibition to be opened in Bulawayo this year by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. A conference is taking place in London, where representatives of the territories of Southern Rhodesia, Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland are moulding the pattern of a federation.
