MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Partnership in Central Africa. DESCRIPTION: Northern Rhodesia is one of the territories concerned in Federation - that plan for the development of an area which, in the opinion of its sponsors, is linked with the prospect of a true partnership of races in Central Africa. An extension of the existing major industries of the Rhodesias is the hope of the Federationists. The leading Unofficial member of the Legislative speaks on behalf of Northern Rhodesia. He is Mr Roy Welensky. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV Victoria Falls. Several shots of the Zambesi River and Victoria Falls. Africans dancing in the open, several shots.
