Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Dublin’s Famous Horse Show. DESCRIPTION: Colonel Llewellyn and Foxhunter were among the competitors representative of many nations at the Dublin Society’s Horse Show at Ballsbridge. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV of arena. GV of Ballsbridge building enclosing arena, etc. showing the clock tower. Horses being walked, sign reading Hunters. Horses paraded in ring. MS Swiss officers talking (silent). Crowd shots. Colonel Llewellyn riding (not Foxhunter). Captain O’Shea riding Clonsilla. Wilf White riding Nizafela. Swiss rider makes a fault. Colonel Llewllyn riding Foxhunter goes round clearing every obstacle, pan to clapping crowds.
