DESCRIPTION: CAR SAFETY DEVICE - A thoughtful Frenchman has invented a steering wheel that gives way and a windshield that falls forward, when a bad crash occurs. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Car drives past camera. Driver in crash helmet at new steering wheel on car. Car drives across open ground with two other cars demonstrating new device in use.
