MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: 610 Squadron. Wins Esher Trophy. DESCRIPTION: The Earl of Limerick went to Hooton Park, Cheshire, to present the Esher Trophy to 610 (County of Chester) Squadron. The award is made to the Auxiliary Fighter Squadron maintaining the highest operational efficiency. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Plane on tarmac. The Earl of Limerick inspecting Guard of Honour and parade. Presents officer with trophy. Takes salute at marchpast shots of Meteors warming up and taking off for fly past.
