MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Duke Opens Track. DESCRIPTION: The opening of the Maccabi Stadium running track at Hendon was performed by the Duke of Edinburgh, watched by a large gathering of members of the Association. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Duke arriving. On running track in front of audience, Duke cuts tape to officially open the Maccabi Stadium. A race is then run. Cut-in of Chief Rabbi watching. Wrestling in progress. Weight-lifting. Display of dancing by kiddies. Duke is presented with Passover Plate.
