Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Solution. DESCRIPTION: - THE SOLUTION. An Italian sculptor, who makes cartoons with masks, has evidently dreamed up a happy ending to the present world situation, involving Mr Eisenhower and Mr Malenkov. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Chess board with hand moving men on same. CU globe, face painted on same. Hand moving chess men. Hand smashes all men from the board. Two men seated at table with masks on. One resembles Eisenhower, the other Malenkov. CUs both, take small H bombs from behind their backs. CU H bombs. They are covered with cloth. Cloth is removed and two doves fly out.
